i am bad in poker player

This month i have loose 16000 US dollor still as if now i have lost 1 lakh US dollor now what i do i would love to tell people so u can help me out to know more that i dont get bank croupt next time i always deposit and  loose the money agiain same process sisnce 4 years i never make my bank roll big so that if i loose i can efford i love to be the plaer of poker star i have been here fr a long time i like the way they treat us in every manner plza anyone can suguess me what shal i do to win good money i give more then 10 hours if i have a bank with me and loose in the 3 days yeah 4th day plz help me guide me how to survive...
