First day of school!

So I've been plaing poker on and off for about ten years and thought to myself, "why am i no better than i was ten years ago?", and then i realised that no one ever thought me and i never really sought out education. I kind of learned the basics years ago and just formed this idea from how to play from friends and off the tv.

So ive decided that enough was enough, im starting from scratch and im completly going to rebuild myself as a poker player. Im going to use the Pokerstars online schools lessons and from then on read poker books to reconfigure my mind and abandon all the terrible habits ive obtained over the years. Im also going to play in the open league to see where i stand and put my new skills to the test.

Ive got a notebook and I've started taking notes and will also track my progress. (My girlfriend thinks this is hilarious!)

Anyway, I've never blogged before and I dont know if anyone is going to read this but if you do and your in the same position as me you might get a kick out of my journey.

Thanks for reading

Dimi

P.S. If anyone can recommened a good poker book for starters i'd appreciate it!
