I started cash games 3 days ago. I started in  0.02/0.05$ tables. It went really well for the first 2 days, I won a total of $9 dollars. I played mostly by the strength of my hands and by instict, I never calculated outs, pot odds or possible made hands on the flop. I never folded to re-raises. I think that was one of my biggest mistakes. On day 3, I lost  $ 10, so right now my balance is  $ -1 hehehe! But I learned an important lesson! there is no shortcut to success! you gotta learn your basics very well and stick to it.

Now I think one of the most important skills that a poker player must cultivate is patience.  Also, in order to be a good poker player one must fight with one's own personal flaws and correct them.  Well, Right now I'm trying to improve in a personal level and study a little bit more my poker basics. I will let you know how it goes. If you have some insights you want to share I would highly appreciated.

thanks.
