Navigating the minefield

Tollbar was playing in a PSO tourney and we were discussing the lack of interest from players who have no chance late in month or are not qualified, and thus play super ridiculous all in everytime poker. Or lets just say that beyond loose would cover it.

His idea is the last week of the month, only the top 500? 1000? Should be allowed to continue in the last week, and the others remaining could play in a consolation tourney with the winner playing in the final tourney with top 100, playing for excess funds not collected by non qualifiers.
