Well, it is 5am and I am sitting here once again analyzing the leaderboard, reading the forum posts, and thinking about what I need to do to get where I am going. This is how I start every morning, and yes there is 4 hours before the first PSO even starts. I am looking at where the Top players are, how many points away I am, how my goal of 15 points a day will get me there, and what am I going to do today. Lots of thought process for the pennies I want to receive, but in the end, those pennies add to dollars and those dollars add to hundreds. I think you get my point, PSO is not just something you decide to do at 959 or 1159, it is something that you need to think about, something that you plan for, something that you work at. If you are not prepared to work for this, how can you expect to work when you make it to those million dollar tournaments?
Yesterday I played 3 tournaments..the 10am..not so good, the 1pm was basically a wash because I had something come up and couldn't play, and the 5:30 was a cash. After that, I decided it was time to stop, not lose the points I earned and start again this morning. I will still take this slow and steady, there are basiclly 10 days left, and at my average rate, barring any misfortunes, I will finish with over 1950. Then it is up to the fate of others where I finish. Top 98 is the goal, Top 10 is the icing on the cake.
Once again, have a great day!!
