First MTT Cash

By: geiser093 @ 09:29 (EST) / 711 / Comment ( 2 )
I have been playing and suffering. after joining here I caught a bug that lit a fire under my butt. I started to read everything I could. Now I'm still no Doyle Brunson. I did however improve my game enough to make some good decisions that allowed me to get in position when the cards started to run my way.

So I enter the MTT and start to play things get bad my stack is seriously low. I did know that the hand I needed would come if I exercised the proper discipline. Then it came and came again. I mover all the way up to 5th and won(earned) $234.65!!!

I cashed out $150.00 just to get the check and take a picture of it! I had to get a paycheck. The dream is to become a professional poker player and it can't be a profession without a salary! LMAO.

See you at the final table.
