So recently i placed in the hubbles no limit holdem tournement and got my ticket to a weekly round 2, the begginning of the tournement i played extremely tight, winning 100% of the hands i went into, during the middle of the tournement i loosened up and tried to beat up on hte bullies who had no right being this deep into the tournement. Once the bubble approached, i was sitting pretty, waiting for the short stacks to be eliminated, playing only high pocket pairs, slicks and the occasional AQ, AJ.. depending on my position
I feel the middle and bubble of the tournement helped my poker skills a great deal as i was sitting with a wide array of styles of play, and used each persons style against them to maximize my profits
If i read the tables like i did to get into the weekly round 2, i have great confidence that i will place ITM for it and start my bankroll :)
I am very excitedd and nervous for the weekly rd 2
Wish me luck!
