Another Aspiring Poker Player

Hello all,

Welcome to my novel of joy, thank you for coming,
what a month January has been to bring in the new year - 2014.

It started off with grand plans of huge scores/cashes in online poker,
which was dramatically cut short via an internet outage for a week.

The live play came to the rescue, and a quick score elevated me to
believe this success could be translated to the online game easily.

The essentially which was a month-long grind, became a 3 week quickie,
separated by a dash to a death metal gig in Dublin (my last post).
Very enjoyable which added to my CD and black t-shirt collection,
which is now bursting from the seems.

Onto the pokers and the long grind it became for the last couple of weeks
into the new year.

It is not uncommon to have huge swings, both up and down,
that stress the capabilities of the human mind to breaking point.

This is poker !

For the first time since the crashing of online poker that became know as Black Friday,
I made a withdrawal (not wasted my profits on plo/cash games,
which I currently banned myself from on stars)

I grinded like no other, up to 12/14 tables at once furiously
clicking the mouse to breaking point,
but it happily survived with smiles.

All day long, there was no stopping me, not even thunderstorms and
the head shaking noise that the weather can produce every now and again.

January is over, and February begins....
