Ever notice how when you are successful it is so easy for bad habits to creep back into your game.  Kind of like chasing the high outside pitch because it is hanging there and looks so tempting?
Or calling an all in reraise with KJ suited because they look so good, knowing you are dominated.  Or  playing JJ after a raise and reraise in front of you.   All are cardinal sins in the world of holdem.  
The one truth is that if you don't learn your lesson the first time,  there will be repeated lessons until you do learn.
