3rd session FR

By: jleiss @ 21:52 (EDT) / 175 / Comment ( 0 )
So I decided to do a couple things I haven't been doing.. 1st - i'm going to limit my session times. 2nd - i'm going to track my sessions in a spreadsheet. Hands of noteworthyness.. 3,10 clubs in BB, and check/calls to me.. board flops 3 clubs, A,7,4 flush - i bet out 2/3rd's pot sized bet .12, next person folds, other remaining player doubles my raise and i call. Next card is a miss, no club no board pairing, i bet out again 2/3rd's of pot, same person doubles my bet again at this point i'm wondering if they flopped a higher flush than me, but I call. River comes down, another blank, no club or board pair. I check to the raiser, who bets $2 into a $1.55 pot. Something just didn't feel right, so i called, villan shows a set of 7's.. and i pull down the pot. next hand, SB and another check/call around to me.. I have 9/3o, and i called for the 3 cents.. 4 people in the pot.. board comes down 3,9,Q rainbow. I bet .12 into a pot of .20, and get 2 callers.. next card is A of spades flush draw on board, and possible gutshot broadway. I bet .35 into a pot of .56, 1 caller. Last card is a jack of diamonds, a little worried about broadway, but more concerned about bigger 2 pair.. I could check and call a raise or value bet, I decided to bet, .50 into a pot of 1.26 villian turns over k,qo for another win. 3rd hand.. A,Q clubs in BB, utg+1 raises to .20, and everyone folds around to me.. I make the call. Flop comes down 6,7,8 with 2 clubs. I check, and the villian raises to .30 on a pot of .47, I decide to put in a semi bluff and raise it to .70. Turn comes down 3 of clubs.. I slow play my hand and check and the villian checks as well. River is a j of clubs, and i still have the nuts I check to the villian to try and induce a bluff, the villian thinks about it and bets .50 into a pot of $1.82, i think about it for a lil bit, and then reraise him to 1.50 and he calls for a pot of $4.59 and shows pocket 4's. last hand of session, i'm UTG+2 with A,Ko i make it .15, 1 caller and then BB shoves for 3 something.. He had been raising alot lately after losing hands to pick money back up.. I put him on a medium PP and call, he turns over 10's.. flop comes down 2,Q,7 2 hearts, turn comes down J of hearts and I have Ace of hearts so i have a gutshot straight draw, a nut flush draw, and 2 overs.. but river bring J of spades, and i lose.. session stats: 226 hands down .58 with my profits falling in the last hand.
