2nl challange update....

By: justletme142 @ 23:37 (EDT) / 245 / Comment ( 1 )

Well this is a cautionary note to all those players setting up your zoom tables for the 2nl challange...I really goofed this one... Had just sat down to grind a session, I had two tables open and as fate would have it was sitting in the BB on both AJ on 1 , 99 on the other. I was still attempting to bring up two more zoom tables as action occurred at both tables. The table with AJ had 1 raiser to .06c I decided to 3 bet this hand oop maybe take it down pre and raised to .16c....on the other table UTG had min raised and three flop-peekers came along for the ride. I just smooth this raise and choose to see a flop with my pocket 99-flop 889. I check the option with so may villians its gonna have action when it comes back around to me I'm sure.In the meantime two more zoom tables are starting plus some 45man sngs running. I start to move the tables around for better placement and see that indeed the 99 hand was gonna be a checkraise..as I am about to click- the other table pops up with my AJ 3-bet being shoved on and I'm misclicking 100bb call here into AA and snap fold my boat... grrrrrrrrrrr. Not the session start I was looking for...SIGH. Ok deep breath and start the grind looking up at my starting position way above me. It really took awhile to get a solid pace going again but soon grinded back half a B-I and was greatful for that when this happened..to bad about the early gaff or I'd been up large ...http://www.boomplayer.com/poker-hands/Boom/4172767_8221D00FD3.

The other table where i folded my boat gave back but not without a tough decision on the river........

http://www.boomplayer.com/poker-hands/Boom/4177692_B7E7CE407C... well back in the black early and grinding on up see you at the tables...good luck all.
