Ohh my days!

What has pokerstars had on the tables for us today...
Send PM

Just before 6am sunday morning, I think.....yes, the clock agrees with me.

opened PS and entered the 6am Open Skill League. I've dropped rank to 12642

Take it as a early morning warmup and see what today has in store for me.

Barely got a hand, was shovers and any two will do kinda table, I folded pretty much 99% and finally shoved a BB with half the table shoving...only had 900 left and the blinds were eating us up.

Going to have a read and watch some more of the tutorial vids. - Also documenting some rules for myself, and will set a goal for 2013.

At the moment, I think the goal will be to try and put $100 in the cashier from freerolls and very small buy in tournies.

Tournies are lotteries, but I've done moderately ok from the freerolls and think it is possible.

It's a case of not losing it in the zoom tables, like I love to do frequently. I really need to give those tables the widest berth possible. Nice simple basics that I know I have done ok at. Tournies...

Back from a certain large fast food restaurants.... Big Breakfast.....ohh, I have possibly one of the worst diets in the world....I make a good advert for big franchise takeaways, as well as the local little takeaways too....

But, registered to the 9am Freeroll at PS, also the 10am Open Skill league I'll hopefully get a spot in, and I have another house open, and am freerolling one or two there too. mentioning no names but has 3 numbers in their name.

Anyhow, hope the breakfast is good fuel for a good session this morning. Wish me luck and may see you out there

Caught break to start the freeroll:

Then caught it again...

I think I probably miss click here :S

Just hit the break and down a few chips: Was really lucky on this one I think....well, lucky and unlucky in the same way:

and this one I am kicking myself, but, am still in, and I thought I was beat by all sorts, so may have been a good lay down:

Any comments are welcomed as always....did I make the right decisions, or, were there other better plays?

I made paid in the freeroll but went out around 1500....didn't do very well in the open league, but got very few cards on a shove shove shove table... more later.

I went over the hand above a few times, and I decided it was actually a bad call. Once the left called and then the shove, I should have got out of it....not sure where the value in calling hand is massively devalued and there's all sorts of cards that beat me...the shove removes all play really and....I could have got out a lot cheaper.

Later in the day and have entered the UKIPT Freeroll for a warmup, waiting for the 8pm PS Depositor Freeroll. Been doing other stuff this weekend, with xmas close it's family and friends time, so not so much poker. A good thing!

Out of the PS 8pm Freeroll, my KK against AK all in and A in the flop...goodnight...

Am still in the UKIPT 69players left and holding my own...won a JJ against AA and J came on the turn, was all in preflop so a lucky one.
