Day one: STT tables

By: mr mendes 20 @ 17:40 (EST) / 366 / Comment ( 0 )

I played some STT tables, normal speed, by-in 3,50. Got into some spots I am not very proud of getting, but I am working to make it better. Had some small progress in my bankroll along the way.

Here are three hands I played, please give your opinion, I would appreciate that, and don't spare the criticisme as I prefer "sincere" to "just beying nice".

In this hand, it was just so clear the villian had a straight or some kind of flush draw, but I just couldnt lay off of TT, my mistake.

In this other hand, already at heads up, got lucky to wake up with KK againt his AK and made it first place.

And finally this huge mistake against this huge blue fish (VPIP=49) who did have a fold button even with his huge stack, but happenend to just limp with his huge AK, get a huge AhJd6h flop and the rest is history...

Also today beying my starting point in the challenge I have exported the Playing History Audit, which gives an Excel sheet with all information, in that case, of all activity I did in the month of January. Pretty bad, I have to admiti, too many big swings (30 to 140 back to 60 for example) in just three days. Also too many big field MTT's.

I found on internet this great excel sheet to keep track of winnings. It gives a graph. The one from HM2 is also good but I prefer to fill in every number every day by hand, so I am very aware of what is going on.

I played about 3 hours. I have decide to play only on evenings and weekends because the chance to come across some fish is much bigger.

For today's learning exeperience, I am watching again the Spacegravy STT series.
