Winner of the time vault challenge 2013 Making the best of 2015
Send PM

It might be a better idea to deposit 100 US$ and have a more comfortable start bankroll for playing microstakes. I am using the playing history audit to analyse my playing behaviour day by day.  The swings with a 30 dollars bankroll in my case go to 50, back to 40, then to 45, then to 35, etc I am pretty much breaking even during a whole period of time and suddenly losing all the bankroll in just one day. So what happened exactly that one particular day? The International Tilt Day Celebrations?  I am clearly not doing something right. I know what it was, the obvious wrong choice for a higher buy in than you can afford, say 7 us$ for a SNG with a bankroll of 50 is not exactly a good idea. Neither is it a good idea to go and adventure and play structures I was not very familiar with, like zoom and fifty50.

Spending two hours or more playing a 90 man SNG transforming 50c into 11 dollars, which happened two or three times, cannot be seen as much more than learning experience.... Two hours of any other job will pay at least 15 bucks already, in my profession 70 bucks to say the least so what's the point at this stage... I think I can only talk about any interesting ROI in much later levels. Well I joined this time vault project at the end of january so it's for me one month, still the whole year to go...

I am happy though about my evolution in the game itself, I am observing a lot more and having a lot more patience than usual, cashed first place 2 or 3 times, made it to a few last tables, some small cash in big field freeroll MTT's, I see that the learning is paying out, slowly... I keep attending the live trainings, watching videos, reading books and will continue to do so all the way though december when I hopefully get much closer to my goal. For now, feel free to tag me  with a green label.
