Distractions

By: piratenpink @ 08:34 (EST) / 203 / Comment ( 1 )

Yesterday proved interesting.......

Played 1st game..............  finished in pos points

so decided to try one more to attempt to make lst page of leaderboard, I was so close......

Not good!  2 phone calls, fight with hubbie over my "playing way too much poker", a new chatty friend (love ya Darling, but........lol..)    who is trying to convince me to join his home game..........and bam.........I'm out WAY TOO EARLY

hmmmmm, lets try another.......
same result with an even worse ending

okay..........I need my points back..........now I'm not even in the "I can make $3 range........

FINAL TABLE AND 3rd PLACE..............Mose enjoyable poker experience I have had.........EVERYONE at the table showed respect for each other's game............and it was wonderful...........

WHAT HELPED ME GET TO THE FINAL TABLE?

Moving my mouse far away from my keyboard..........so I had time to think before pressing that call or raise button............ :)

Taking PSO tournies off for the rest of the weekend..........maybe  will try and concetrate on the Warm Ups...
