Never got to do WCOOP but....

September was an interesting month for me.
I did my usual $25 a month (converts to $18 deposit but treated it differently then usual. I am a casual player and play outside any bank roll rules usually resulting in going bust in the first few days then playing free-rolls for the remainder of the month.
This was the first time I ever achieved Silver Star status without a Pokerstars special promotion or other means(a few years ago they had a promo that gave bonus  fpp).
I attained it by doing the September challenges that ended in my having 17 all-in tickets and bonused out on $15 total.  It was when I was attempting to do the JJ challenge that I realized I was actually not losing money at the zoom .01/.02 cash games but breaking roughly even I was. Sure I would lose a bit, switch challenges, lose some, gain some.  My biggest losses were at the spin go's. I did however get a $10 spin that got my BR back up enough to finish the spin-go challenge with just a couple dollars left. $8 or so.
I went on to complete every challenge and was back to my original $18.
I also noticed I was close to silver star so I started playing 01.02 zoom tables. At first it was 1 table but quickly went to 4. That was my first mistake. I noticed I was playing just the cards, not the action, positions or players much nor involving any type of two second crazy math equations in my plays.
By the time I hit silver my BR was down to $3 and I had to switch tacticss. Instead at sitting down at a .10 mtt or .50 mtt I got brave and did a spin go.  Won $6 and that put me back to just over $8 once again.....
I also released my $10 bonus milestone at the beginning of the month which disappeared while trying the spin goes and on Sept 27th I released another $10 milestone.
I was able to participate in the BIG BANG tournament as well and placed at the bottom of the payscale for $7 but was happy with ITM. I again destroyed my Bank roll by playing outside my limit.   HOWEVER,
I also was able to try the 30k Silver Star VIP 2x this month for the first time ever. First attempt I received no itm and the second one I hit $6.

After 126 hands and squeeking into ITM I went out with QQ vs 3,5o in 928th. Not sure if It was an easy call for him or if I would do the same.  I would like to see numbers on it but thats a bit advanced for me.

Sorry, this hand was deleted by its owner

Since I scored the $6 from the VIP I have now ran it up to $33 doing mostly zooms and one $1.50 (landed in 2nd) and continue to plan on doing proper BR management with it. Yes, the $1.50 was not a wise choice to play at my current level and I will only do .50 SnG now when I need a change of pace. (Until BR climbs)(***hopefully).

I will be sticking to the BR recommendations  by PSO and attempt serious player example with the odd pot shot to next limit if running hot and am up extra stacks from current level.

I also think I made it into the premier league for this month. I am sitting at 2062 points and only played 36 games. From those 36 games there are 9 games under a 400 placing with a couple at the 500-550 mark. The best placing was a 3rd. Its been a few days since I played but do not want to lose even a point at this time. Talk about cutting it close....

Goals for Rocktober are
1) Keep with proper BR management.

2)To see if I can not only maintain silver but nip at gold.

3)Do all the 30K VIP weekly games and maybe try to satty into the 100K gold VIP monthly using fpps.

4)Already have Big Bang Ticky for Rocktober as well so will try that again too.

5)The Red Spade would be fun so may try satty into that. $2.55 SnG into $7.50 with 500 seat guarantee.

6) If get Premier ticket, hopefully cash and try to stay in for next month.

Oh, and course the .01 Common Cents Tourney(s) coming up. Can't go wrong with that investment.  GL if your playing any of them and see you at the felts.
