WCOOP - Week 1 Round Up

Total prize money awarded to date through the first 27 events, which equates to an average prize pool of just over $870,000 per tournament.

Largest event prize pool so far, created in WCOOP 23: $10,300 NL Hold’em [8-Max, Re-Entry, High Roller].

Biggest individual prize awarded to date, won by ‘vicenfish’ from Portugal in the $10,300 NL Hold’em High Roller (event 23). A heads-up deal was done with ‘pistons87’, who also pocketed $585,313.12. See attached image for final table line-up.

Number of career WCOOP titles won by Mikal ‘Mikal12345’ Blomlie from Norway, who topped a field of 7,801 players to take down event 19 – a $109 NL Hold’em contest – for $109,566.28 on Sunday. He joins ‘g0lfa’ and ‘Donald’ as one of only three players to have won three World Championship of Online Poker titles. Dan ‘djk123’ Kelly still leads the way on four.

Number of WCOOP bracelets won by Scott ‘Aggro Santos’ Mergerson, who has taken two World Championship of Online Poker titles in the space of three days. He grabbed his first in the $320 Zoom (event 1 tournament for $106,896.51, and his second in event 22 – the $215 Sunday Warm-Up Special Edition – for $202,000. What a week!
