Poker Progress ups/downs swings

Started Poker School Online (PSO). Did the basic course, took the quiz scored only 95 %. Put in 20 lost it. Time to go back to shcool.

went on tilt lost most of the bankroll but at least still have starting stack. Will try to double it up now. Still learning the game but now getting to the break even point. Break even is a lot better than just giving it away. Starting Stack is 50 dollars. Playing really conservatively. Made a few mistakes in the heat of the moment so have a new technique.
--Remove hand from mouse before taking the next action.. this forces one to think about it.
