Some Minor Cash Wins

Played a couple of $0.01/$0.02 games again yesterday and came away with a modest $3.76 return over a $5.00 stake, so am currently clawing slowly away at my initial losses. This time I was a lot more focussed on following the advice I'm getting from this site and Victoria Coren's excellent series of articles for The Guardian.

The thing that's amazing me right now is how easy it is to play well at this level (I'm assuming most other players at tables with these stakes are relatively inexperienced like myself) just be following some simple, readily-available advice. There are a lot of players out there making silly mistakes, even to my newbie eyes, that could be solved by investing an hour or two of beginner articles. Of course, I may come to regret my confidence here, but in the meantime let the bankroll accumulation continue!
