steven's journey

/Dec/2011

the restart

When I was a young adult starting my journey, I thought to myself that I was going to try to make everything i earn form scratch. I won tickets to enter the weekly sunday and saturday tournaments but always lost. Although one day I was in a Sunday weekly tournament and through focus and luck took down 8800 people. I won 300 dollars and lost it all in 2 days.

Now more mature I am trying to recreate my bankroll from scratch once again. Although I ensure you this time that I will not let my emotions sway me. To all my fellow competitors out there remember one thing losing 200 dollars does not mean that you should lose anymore cash because of emotions.

Sincerely someone who has learned the lesson the hard way
