how to deposit for real money , where foreign transaction not allow ?

Hi , 
      Dear all viewer Me " Talukdersant " the pokerstar id , playing poker last 3 months . Me know its possible to make money by playing freeroll , but my question which player doesnt get enough time to play the freerool tournament , its very difficult to them to make money by playing freerool. then me try to make a deposit via my visa card. after trying saveral times me unable to make a deposit by my card. then me contact with my bank they reply me that my country doesnt give permitt to send money to foreign. at the moment how it possible to playing poker like me and the other player of BANGLADESH !!!!! 
I hope pokerstar should take a steps to solve this problem to make an agreement with the government of my country !!!!

If any of the member having any experience to solve this problem then please make a reply.....
