I'm learning...slowly

So I've played 3 touries now. (And some SNGs which I will just try and forget about!) The second one didn't go so well......a stupid all in by me lost me that. The third one I have just finished and ended up 193/710. I was going really well with above the average pot when I made a ridiculous all in call on a pair where the other player had check raised me. Should have just bitten the bullet and folded but once again, I didn't think.

This is what I am finding difficult; there is SOOOOO much to think about and the game moves pretty fast. I think I have one aspect of my game down by playing really tight pre-flop then I go and cock it up by not betting strongly enough or going all in when I only have a top pair or forgetting about position etc etc etc......

How do people remember all this stuff?!!!
