13,643 to 3 (sorta)

So, January is my first month in the PSO league.  I didn't understand the scoring.  I played WAY too much while on meds recovering from knee surgery.  And I landed ranked at 13,643rd.  Today, though, I made a final table, and ended up in 3rd place.  I wonder if that's some kind of record?

It's interesting learning the "rhthym" of a PSO league tournament.  I'm probably always going to have patience issues in the long midstage period, where everyone is struggling to make the money/point breakpoint.  But it's actually kinda cool the way you have to switch up your play as the tourney progresses, so - we'll see how I do next month, and if I stay interestred in the format.  There are definitely some fun folks on the later tables, so that's an added incentive to make it deep . . .
