Why the train falls off the track

on my recent downswing  I ve started to reflect on whats going right and wrong .Not much is going right but  I have noticed that for the first few games im cashing  and then the bottom falls out .intresting . I think per haps i need to take a break after 5 -6 games and get my head straight again

I also noticed that i tend to go to cash after things go bad at SnG.doesn t seem to be working out that well so methinks I should try to start playing cash on a positive note instead of a downer.

then there is the matter of chasing a star .may work for some ,but not for me.Yep i love that silver star but the cost is just too high.makes me play too long at too high a stake for my BR and when i hit a down swing the moneys gone in no time and of course that gets me stressed cause it does.this is cheap entertaiment but i want it to be profitable .

Finally i must say  i think i got the tools to be good at this game but tools are only as good as the person who is using them (or not).the man in the mirror has to be in the right frame of mind to bring the best game he s got more often .
