home game final table

By: yoshinanda @ 14:38 (EDT) / 232 / Comment ( 0 )

Well I played a good home game tourney 320 buy in. only 36 players showed up.

I finished in fourth place. I had 12 k AND the other players had about 40k.

I got lucky with two pair once, but that was about the only time in the whole tourney I put my whole stack at risk. after that I was pretty sure I would make it to the final table.

I robbed more blinds than I ever thought I could. I played maybe the best I have ever played with a few mistakes.

On my final hand I had 66 and bet huge,

I caught a boat , went all in and thought I was doubled up but to my shock he caught an 8 to have eights over sixes and I had sixes over eights. cant do no better than that. At the time I bet I had the best had and he had two pair.
