Time Zone inequalities

I live on the west coast of Canada. My work hours vary from 7:00am or 8am o 3:30pm or 4:30pm. when you add in travel time it is very hard or impossible to play in the PSO tournaments during the work week. I try to play as much as I can during the weekends. Even if I play extremely well I will never be able to get to the top spots as I cannot play enough tourneys to gain the points needed.
Most sports and events that cross multiple time zones have different divisions so that no one time zone gains an advantage. this is what I am proposing. Because the PSO covers virtually all time zones, why not group various time zones together (within reason) and have them play in separate divisions. then towards the end of the month you could have a playoff system where x amount of divisions play against each other with the time of the playoff games being an average of the zones involved. Or you could have a home and away split in games. the final groups that make it to the finals would also be timed to play at a time dependant on where the individual players are from. (average or home and away).
