Whats the chance of next year's convention being in Europe, I don't know if there are enough members this side of the pond but Holland or UK sound good to me.

Anybody up for it?

We aim to hold one PokerSchool Convention per year right now, and we will consider which venue suits.
There are many elements to take into account when making the decision.

The WPO is a great location and venue for this event, the hospitality here is first class, with food and drinks laid on, cheap room rates.
However does lack entertainment if you bring a partner, as you only need tour Gracelands once in a lifetime really. The buzz of having this when the WPO is on, is just electric and very exciting.

Foxwoods have shown an interest in hosting the next PSO Convention, have not spoken to them in any detail yet, again great venue and hospitality, but have heard room rates are high.

Regarding Europe - Not many cardrooms that can hold over 100 players for an event let alone combine our event with theirs which is the best idea, as we have seen here. I would favour Holland Casino to tag onto one of their big events, but no hotel facilities, and air fares could be expensive.

A cruise............. again a possibility but expensive and need high numbers to carry this one off.

I do like the thought of a Vegas Venue, and have some ideas.

Looking forward to the Seminar tomorrow

Take Care

Tina
