With all due respect to Bill Medley for stealing his song title!

Made it back from Tunica last night (after getting lost in Memphis...long story for another post.)

I so enjoyed meeting all of the great people at this convention! I have cemented some great friendships and played poker with some of the best. This past week was my first time ever in a casino environment, and I think overall I did pretty well. I sat in a 4/8 game at the Horseshoe Tuesday night and broke even (actually, came out $4 ahead!!!). As Jane stated in another post, I was the last PSO'er standing at Wednesday's adventure at Sam's Town (three out of the money). And though I was put out of the school tourney just before the first break, I would do it all over again.

I congratulate all of the players at the final table. And if I had known the lovely Seadog was a fellow Georgian, I would have rooted for her a little harder!!!

NewJane, Wild Bill and Spiegel played a whale of a game, and deserve extremely high praise.

If you weren't there this year, make plans to attend the next one!! You don't know what you're missing!!

Ciao! See y'all at the tables!!!

Bart, since you were the very FIRST PSO'er I met as I got off the escalator, you will always be NUMERO UNO with me

Thanks for all the kind words, hugs, and for being such a good sport and so much fun to be around.

Bless your heart, Jane! You are one in a million, and one hell of a poker player! And you are so much fun, there ought to be a law!! (And there probably is!!! )

I look forward to hooking up with you and the rest of our "posse" when we gather for the next convention!!! I'm sure people will be pestering Mark with questions about the next one first thing Monday morning. I plan to be patient and give the man some breathing room...I won't start pestering until Tuesday!!!

Take care, you wonderful lady! And I hope to see you at the cyber tables soon!!!
