What if there was a certain amount of sats and multis with higher buy ins and only players who reached a ceartain percent the month before was allowed to participate. Hmmmm

Maybe more players would play a better game because they want to reach this level so they can earn more money and meet high skilled players. Hmmmm

Maybe the quality at the tables would reach a new level and we all must learn more and be serious in improving of the game. Hmmm

Maybe some players who dont seems to care realy starts to care and the competition and the skill at this school would take a giant step in the right direction. Hmmmm

Maybe i´m dreamer, but i wonder hmmmm.

after my first 2 trips to a casino i would like to see more and more events where i can play with 8 or 9 players that are going to play any 2 (with multi rebuys) as this is how the games i have played start out and you can't finish well if you dont get past the start.

i have to disagree. How you seriously going to learn by playing with only players with high percentage. for those that have been to the casino, you know it is 100 times worst. how many times have you been busted out of tourney or lost in a ring game because of someone's bad play. and it doesn't matter the limit, it is the same at 2/4 as it is at 10/20 and 20/40.

Keep in mind you want these players. everyone complains when they get beat by a suck-out, but do they ever complain when the suck out doesn't work?

Answer me this, when going to a table would you rather sit with the maniacs or the pros? The pros might improve your game, but if everyone is playing according to the book, then it would be one boring tight, no money making game.

I second Adam's motion.

DEFINITION: "Bad Game"
If you sit with everyone playing the A-game then the major differential will be the 'luck of the draw.' If you only play WCP, on they're A-game, how do you expect to come out ahead?

THOUGHTS:
See 'Rolf's' list on his forum "Game Selection.'
You must have an edge on some of the players to get a positive EV. Learning and playing deals with good, mediocer, and poor players (real world type experience).

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I need to learn how to cope with all kinds of play. I need to be ready when I step into the live tournament or ring game.
