Things happen. Looks like they responded in a timely manner, just under 3 hours. That is good, unless you missed the game in that time.

At least you got something more than a form letter that essentially tells you to (explative deleted) yourself. Foolish hedgehog has received two such messages, think he would learn after the first one.

Problem is that it shouldn't be happening every week. Three of my friends missed the first 2 freerolls because of it....now snafuin. Took me 2 days last week emailing back and forth before I got mine 2 hours before the game. Finally had to send the hand history to them as proof I qualified. Personally, I won't bother with it anymore. Not worth it to be in a turbo donkfest anyway.

I was one of those who didn't get a ticket for that. I figured enough people were playing e-mail tag with them about it that they would get it fixed so I didn't add to the confusion.

My mistake cause those who did play tag got theirs but I did not.

Oh well, one of these days perhaps they will get one set up that works the first time without so many glitches.
Undecided as to whether I will attempt to qualify again as if I will have to play "tag" for 2 days then it's probably not worth the effort.

I'm not sure why you're all having so much trouble. I and others have emailed support and received our ticket within 15 minutes. I'm guessing that some days, "better" tech support is available than others.
I suggest that everyone attempt to qualify for this as early in the week as possible, then email support the next day and request the ticket. Don't wait until Saturday to do it.
Johnny, I have to disagree here bud. Yes, it is a 1000 chip turbo, and it can be a bit maniacal, but you have to try this. It takes less than 2 hours to complete and can be such a great payoff if you did happen to do well just once. A $1000 and a pro w/ just you and some friends?? All day baby.
