Dave,

How would you use Fold Equity on a limit cash game?

Thanks

Fold equity is more dubious in limit cash games, as the pot grows the price to call is very attractive since we can only bet in increments of 1 unit-2 units. But it's not impossible to make people fold. So it still works the same way but with a bet less of the fold component (and thus a bit more of the hand strength component).
