i was playing a game of texas holdem with some friends at my house. playerA had a j-7 and player B had a j-3. The board was 3 7 10 j 10. Would this be a split pot or would playerA win the hand?

Split pot. JJTT7 plays for both.

It would be a split pot. Because the highest card after the two pair is a 7 which is shared by both players.
