I have taken lots of beats, like we allll have. But after this one, I think Im done with PSO for the rest of the month, and quite possibly next month. I did not mind the post flop play vs the villian, but calling 5x preflop with Q8d to get into a possible 3way pot with a TAG and a CALLING STATION was however probably not the best play for the villian.

Two questions---

A. You had around 1000 chips left after this, how did you end up making out?

B. Terrible beat off a terrible play by a terrible player true but.....Why would you stop playing because of this? You did NOTHING wrong here. If you were playing poorly then yeah, take some time off and re-charge the batteries,do some reading and whatnot. But you WANT doofuses like this to make these kind of plays all the time. Sometimes you won't like the results but most of the time you will. That's what seperates the winners from the losers, who, over the long run,is on the side of making the good play vs. the bad play more consistently.

Take note on this dude and skin him the next time he does something this dumb again. And the time after that and so on and so forth. Guys like this make it easy, but every now and then their miracle is gonna hit.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys. @MOXIE I only had 72 chips left after this, and was out shortly after with AJs.

Dude look again. You had 2600 in chips at the beginning of the hand, raised it to 500 pre, then another 1200 after the flop, leaving you with 900 then 72 chips were returned to you as you had the villian covered. So 972 chips after the beat here.

But no shame in going out by pushing AJs short stacked, whether for 72 or 972 chips.

Though the Damned hand suited or no (KQ as well) looks as attractive as 72o to me given my results with it,lol.
