Monk, come on man. What would be the difference if we all play in this game or two or three players play the stakes for Cowboy's games in the same MTT? None, no one will soft play anyone. I play to win, end of story and I dislike anyone suggesting otherwise.

the point is-- the goal- not the result---if 8 peeps go into a tournament with the GOAL- to profit share- WHETHER THEY ACHIEVE THAT GOAL IS NOT THE??????- collusion is the INTENT -- okay? and its just wrong-----------

let me further this- okay- im gonna play the corral tomorrow night- will you split the winnings equally , if i can find 4 other players to do same--?? follow me-- ---what part of the word collusion do you not get?-- is one word dude-- with many repercussions-

All I am saying is make the same post within Cowboy's Stakes Thread. If you feel that this way. It' is the same thing is it not? I don't see where you made this statement within their thread and it's been around for days. Why not make your feelings known there?

Collusion to me is two or more players taking it easy on one another in a hand or sharing information to do the same. Not sharing of a prize pool of thousands of players.

U are incorrect Sir.

Collusion is an agreement between two or more persons, sometimes illegal and therefore secretive, to limit open competition by deceiving, misleading, or defrauding others of their legal rights, or to obtain an objective forbidden by law typically by defrauding or gaining an unfair advantage.[citation needed] It is an agreement among firms to divide the market, set prices, or limit production.[1] It can involve "wage fixing, kickbacks, or misrepresenting the independence of the relationship between the colluding parties".[2] In legal terms, all acts effected by collusion are considered void.[3]

in all honesty JT- ima out of the loop when it comes to cowboys stake thread- dont right know what ure talkin about there- unless you mean the tourneys that joballoo and cheon and spudder played-- yet i do not know what bearing this has on that-- so what you are saying- is that its okay if 4 6 or 8 people go into a tournament- of 4000- with the intent on sharing their winnings-at the end of the day-- does that represent collusion-- well the answer is yes--because it was their intent- if all busted- is a moot point-- please refer to jdean on this one-- he will explain- better-- collusion is not necessarily an overt act-- it is implied- and when recognized through results-- the offenders are usually hooped-- follow me-- gl monk...

What I am saying Sir is that you have hi-jacked this thread and not that one. If players in that league played their stake in the same MTT. They are doing exactly what we are here. You didn't post anything over there and I am wondering why? That thread has been around much longer. I don't feel I am doing anything wrong nor are they for sharing the winnings of a player they have staked. My point is that you are in this thread speaking your piece. Why not do the same thing there? And this is a valid point.
