Today 2/23/2011 I am going to attempt to turn 10.00 into 100.00 within 2-3weeks. My plan will be to start with 10c 360mans and $2nl using the 1% rule and building my online bankroll up to $100. I will keep track of my results under this thread, and wish me luck.

Starting Bankroll: $10.00
Running Bankroll: $48

Halfway there in 3 days.

I played these for quite a while to build up a BR. I started with $ 1.02 from the Astronomer freerolls and $5 from PS. I'm currently just under $200, and working on getting bigger. It's a grind, but it can be done.

Good luck!!

Thank you for the encouragement. I don't mind the grind, because I have a lot of time to play. Did you stay at 10c level the whole time, or did you move up according to the 1% rule?

Thanks roomik for the support. The 100 games a day is no problem. The problem lies within my mother just had surgery on her rotator cuff, and I get sidetracked having to take care of her.

easier to understand post if you just update your bank daily
$10.00
$12.00
$28.00

some thing like that
I mean after a while you will have 2000 lines of tournaments

I made my own rules when it came to a bankroll, I made a deal with hubby that I would never deposit, so I'm very risk adverse. I didn't move up from the 10c tables till I was over $100. Since I've discovered the PSO, NAPL and Women's tourneys, I've been doing better, but I'm still being very cautious. With a BR close to $200, I still rarely play tourneys with an entry over $1.10.

I've just tried the 2/5c cash tables, with mixed results. I keep playing the PSO,, NAPL and women's leagues. Usually if I play MTT I play the 25c 45 man SNG, they have a decent pay out.

The best advice I can give you is to be bold but cautious. Guard your BR by never risking more than 5% a day. This should get you over the inevitable downswing.

Good luck!!

Sounds great and thank you for the advice. Congrats on your journey as well. I am 3 days into and almost to my goal which I thought would take me 2-3 weeks. Going to stay at the 55c level for awhile and build the FPP's to get my stellar awards as well. I have been making an easy 100 games daily and plan to bump that up when I have less distractions.

2/26 20 Tournaments 55cent Bank $18
