So after 3 months of playing the league, I'm finally getting somewhere, I'm 9th of 31 with 98,960 in chips. I thought I'd never get here, but kept playing, running the clock, hoping for good hands, hoping to win the races. Sometimes the stars align, and you win. In a tourney with 1K plus players, it won't happen often, but it's sweet when ti does happen.

Good luck!!

Lucky double up, A7 against KK, hit two pair, now 9 of 17, can't wait to see my ranking tomorrow!! This is my best finish in a PSO tourney, ever. Still have 100K plus chips, so there's still hope.

Good luck!!

The final table is in sight, I'm 6th out of ten, with 150K in chips . Hope I'm not boring everyone, but this is my first really good finish in the PSO skill league. Adrenaline is flowing, I'll never get to sleep (1am my time). Just goes to show that if you try hard enough you can get there.

Good luck!!

Joy listen to me here---push for the top 3. That's the next level that you'll see a big points jump.
Top 3 Joy. Push. Good luck and keep hitting the races.

Thanks, Moxie, appreciate the advice. Going to be hard, I'm 7 of 9 but I'm trying. Its a big deal to me to get this far.

OK, so now I'm 3rd out of 7 with 339K in chips. I'm almost scared to play and mess up. I guess I should just keep doing what got me here. Or maybe I should just sit out and go to bed. But I can't do that...blinds are 10k and 20k, should be some people getting knocked soon.

84 os, can't call with that lol. Called with A4 os and won, folded AQ os when I would have won. Raised with A10 and won. This is tough, but still 3rd of seven. Need to knock someone out!!

Maybe I should just sit out?? Now I'm 4th of 5, getting closer. Tough to call a raise with K5 os though. Just doing my best and hoping.

So 3rd of 4 now, we're on break. I'm never going to be able to sleep tonight lol. The deeper you go the harder it gets to make the decision. Being only 4 handed, hand values change quite a bit from a full table. No matter what happens, I'm thrilled to have reached this point. Still trying to get to 3rd though. No need to clock anymore, blinds 15 and 30 K, ante 3k.

AND I MADE IT, I'M AT LEAST THIRD, only three left, now only 2 left, finished second. Hit the flush an lost to a higher flush, who woulda thunk it heads up?

Been a slice see you all tomorrow!!

Good night, Joy.

Thank you, everyone for your kind words, expecially Moxie, he made me really think about what I was doing when I was 7th of nine. I was just happy to make the final table at that point, but Moxie made me aim at higher goals ( try for at least third).

I had a lot of luck along the way, but I'd like to think that some of my hard work over the last couple of years had at least something to do with the outcome. Hope to see you all on the felt.

Good luck!!

Very nice.. getting heads-up, on the final table of a PSO game...
That shows you got the skills girl. Knowing you can get there, is a lot better sensation, then thinking you can.. vvgg... (prob' should have been a 1st... damn fine shame..ul.)

Congrats Joy , and to post live while at the final table....well you sure can multitask. You gave me some advice earlier this mth. about all the "shove monkeys" so I will return the favour. I too placed 2nd this mth and would like to remind you NOT to get discouraged if you dont get back to a final table right away, as you know it takes a lot of things to go your way to make it that far but it will come again. Congrats again
