Not sure what went wrong

I have no clue what to fix here, is it a Bad Decision,Variance, Bad Timing,Wrong Position, Coin Flip i seriously have no idea,when i try to fix 1 thing it turns out to be another, when i try and fix that, low n behold it's something else, can somebody plz help me identify what it is that i'm doing wrong here.............................................. ......................PokerStars Game #58279979221: Tournament #360452932, Freeroll Hold'em No Limit - Level III (25/50) - 2011/02/25 18:05:27 ET

i know you're short staked but to go all in with middle pair and a straight draw after a check is a little too aggressive in my opinion. you had position and since it's such a draw-heavy board i would have checked and seen if i liked the turn - made you the straight so at that point it'd just have been a cooler and nothing you can really do there. tough spot there; no shame in not getting away from it on the turn but to shove on the flop, just seems wrong to me. unlucky mate.
