i am in the 22:00 PSO tourney and i was just silently railing PresBruno......

and sure enough the guy asked another player at the table "hey, u wanna just split their chips?" because their were all sitters for a minute. this is such obvious collusion, totally unethical........should i report this to pokerstars, or will it do any good?

oh, cool, someone just started railing him asking about his bets he welched..........lol

when is this guy gonna ever get a ban from pokerstars.....he is constantly cheating and playing completely unethical.......just last night he was paying people he knocked out in the pso tourney...i witnessed that too.

someone needs to do something.

he at least needs to be banned from pso because as a cheater he doesn't deserve any money from this league.

Hip (or anyone else), if you see an instance of blatant cheating (especially if they are dumb enough to chat about it) then hit the hand history tab on the top left of the screen, select and click on the relevant hand, then hit select all which will highlight the hand, then hit copy and then e-mail the hand to support along with a brief explanation of why your are doing so (think this guy was cheating .......etc,) and hit paste in the e-mail page to attatch the hand to it. Then fire that puppy off.

I will say this (does'nt apply to Pres,he knows it's cheating,he just does'nt care)-----

When I see someone make a query like this--"Wanna chop the blinds""Hey I'll use my clock for you if you use it for me..." whatever I always give a heads up to the player(s) involved as for many of them it's just being unaware that it's wrong. A player talking about their hole cards (especially one who has FOLDED) while a hand is still in play is the one I see the most. I'll try to educate and/or admonish the players. If I get an "eff u" or something to that effect and they do it again then they WILL be having an e-mail of their actions getting fired off to support.

This is why many peeps here have thrown it out there that PSO should include a rules section in the Core Test required for admission to the League. I'm very much in favor of this and think that all current players should have to take the rules part of the test ourselves.

I agree. When I see it, I'll tell the person what's right because they may be new and not know what is/isn't against the rules (or first time in a given situation)....... if they keep doing it, totally different story. I actually rarely see it about the hole cards, mostly for me telling the table to fold, so they can get ITM or take blinds.

what's even more amazing is when in a live setting......

the other day i was at a final table of a 65$ tourney and there were 5 players left and short stack goes all in and gets called by two players, this one idiot says to the other guy who called...."let's just check it down.." me and another regular at the table said almost in unison..."hey, u can't say that man..." and he got all upset....."oh, why not...?....blah blah...." so we explained it to the idiot and basically said "hey look, we all know that we should check it down in that situation, but you can't say that.....just give "the look". the guy continued to be an idiot so we had the floor come over for further explanation......and they made it really clear. lol

i personally have been getting really tired of this kinda "newbish" behavior live.....

I've seen some crazy things live, but actually never heard 'check it down' said..... kinda amazing with the others i've seen. it's happened, correctly, many times, but never heard anyone do that.

they ought to get a penalty from the floor for it.... that IS certain.

that was actually the 2nd time i have heard the "lets just check it down..."

i know, that's pretty unreal. I'm tellin you guys right now, Florida is blowin' up on the poker scene, and honestly, where i play it is mostly old people who have tons of money and just love to gamble (and i am talkin' OLD) and alot of not so smart young kids who think they are all that, and are actually quite bad. that's my experience at least. of course there are some great players also.........

i love Florida and all, but have to admit, the generalization that Florida is just old people and dumb rednecks is pretty much true.......

notice i said "dumb" rednecks.......i know there may be some Florida "rednecks" who could take offense to that. they aren't all dumb.

Enticing another player to act in collusion to chop the blinds: -5

Getting caught Red-handed in the act: +1000

Then typing in chat that the people who will sit in judgement of him have "rigged" the site: Effing Priceless

So Pres, maybe President Bartlett can write you a pardon.......err no that won't work for several reasons.

Oooooh, oooooh I know. Get a couple of well-respected peeps here in PSO who are known to the powers what be to speak up as character witnesses. Maybe Dave and Buda5..........hmmm,nope. That ain't gonna work either.

Maybe we here could all start up a petition to tell the peeps at support how we feel about you. Yeah that should do the tri............Hmmm,now that I think on it the mostly likely outcome of THAT scenario ends up with you in Gitmo.

I dunno bud, think you may have humped the pooch on this one.

Hope you got that Teflon Simonized.

i got an email from stars today saying that they reviewed the hand history i sent and that Pres had violated pokerstars rules..... they said he would recieve a warning........

i also clued them in to the fact that he had paid a player to knock them out (though i didn't have the hand history, i did witness this..) and they said that if anybody catches him doing this in the future to definately send them the hand history as that is a big no no.

I had that same thing happen to me live with 5 people left and I was the short stack all in. I told the floor that the hand of the person who offered should be declared dead for the blatant rules violation and they agreed and mucked his hand.
The other person never responded except the espression on his face was a " you gotta be shitting me look " directed at the offerer. He knew is was wrong and wanted no part of it.
BTW, I won the hand and the tourney.

learn the rules
