In the 10 cent turbos I just jam them for value, knowing I'll get called by KTo and 76s (sometimes, anyway). Your open was fine, but I would have reshipped preflop.

exactly was my first thought....shoulda gone with it...

i was about to raise all in after MITY2002 just called.....but then i thought.."well, i guess i could see the flop and see the board texture or if there's overs" and push right there if good. and it was.....i hate jacks.

Level 2 of a $.10 is shove and pray. That was just stupid luck on his part.

People are going to call after the flop with any A high there most of the time, so JJ can lose any number of ways. This was just weird and nasty.

In those 10 cent SNG turbos I folded JJ preflop to a raise & reraise before me twice and both times I would have won. Both times people turned over AQo or worse. People play really crazy in that SNG, I would just get it in preflo with JJ and hope it's good... in the long run it should pay off in this specific tournament.

Yeah hip in those .10 360's just jam away with the big hands early and hope you hold or catch if behind. No sense playing coy as it's just Shoveapalooza in those anyway. I'm the same way in the .10 $50 added MTT's now, the Hell with trying to play poker early in them or coming off a good hand because THEY'RE dumb. Get it in and either stack up for a good run or load up the next one. You'll never cash enough in these to see any kind of return on the min-cash levels so play big. If it's bubble time and you're short that's the time to start thinking about taking what you can get,but early in these dimer's throw out conventional wisdom and get your shove monkey on.
