We brought this up a while ago. At some point, the threads changed color to purple when you have posted in them. Then it stopped. I don't even see the little box that would appear saying you've "subscribed" to the thread.
I received an email from support on the issue finally, and it said it was browser related, and they did nothing to start/stop the color changing. So does anyone still get the color change to purple? If so, which browser are you using. I know I can hover the cursor over the little note on the left to see if I've posted in one. It would just be so much easier to just look and see the color change.
Thanks if anyone has input.

I don't see any color changes when I'm on my iPhone (as I am now). I've used both IE (just upgraded to IE9 the other night) and Firefox to view the forum, and have seen the color changes, but to be honest I can't remember when I've seen it. I'll check for sure when I get home and get on my laptop.

Like you Dan, mine didn't change colors, then they did, then they didn't again. And I really liked it when that feature was turned on.

I'm on Fireox and I've never known it to suddenly install a feature like that and take it away a couple weeks later.

Another reason I don't think it's "browser related" is because the old threads that changed color when the feature was working, are still blue. I've cleared all history and cookies since then, so Firefox would have forgotten.

Hopefully someone in support accidentally pushes the "cool features ON" button again. And forgets to turn it off this time...

Kinda like when the PStars chat filter was broken... Those were some fun effin' nights.

Blah blah. Pokerschoolonline.com forums are native to Android. At least that's what my phone tells me.

If only my G3 would work with any regularity... Argh. I'll blame solar flares and the SUPERMOON!!!!!!!! that's happening tomorrow. Closest pass to Earth in 18 years. Wheeeeeeeeeeee.

That's funny, because I got the same message on my iPhone the first time I checked the forums from here.

And I think your G3 doesn't work because you haven't had 30 people tell it to work.

That is funny... Hmmm. I wonder if I should try putting Firefox 4 on my phone when I get my upgrade to Android 2.2 in a week or so. We'll see what's native where now.

It doesn't count if I've told it to work more than 30 times, right?

So while I was still on my iPhone, I checked out a few other threads to research this color thing.

Effsea's homegame thread (which I've posted in more than once), comes up blue on my phone, however, this thread and others I've posted in recently do not.

So I think whoever told you it was browser related 1) doesn't know what they're talking about... and 2) said it to keep you from asking again Dan.

Yeah,, all that is the same for me. The old ones that changed color are still blue and purple.
It was support @ pokerschool that sent the email.
See, not to long ago, I think Pso Admin said it was something they weren't overly concerned w/ as they had other things going on. Now I think support doesn't have any idea what caused it or why it stopped.

Thanks guys for your input.

Mine don't even subscribe to the thread when I post anymore. I actually just made a new thread in general asking how to subscribe now that they don't automatically subscribe when I post.

Yep, Dark purple when someone has replied after me & light purple when I'm the last poster.

Just thought I'd bump this in case anyone missed the other thread.

Our good friend oOoOAceOoOo is the man!!

If you missed it, he found the answer. Somehow when they updated the forum a while ago, it seemed to reset a field in the settings.

So, just use the "Go To" tab, in settings, go down to Default Thread Subscription Mode, and select the one that says "Through my Control Panel Only." And you should be seeing purple after that.

Thanks again Ace.

Thanks for the bump and update, Dan, and Ace with the lots of Os...

I knew "browser related" didn't sound right.
