My name is Greg - player name is "MrHub".

I love the game, and I've been playing poker for a long time; but I worked of the country for several years, with no access to online poker. The game has changed significantly; so, I decided to go through the Online School and see if I can get a fresh perspective.

I am having a technical problem with the Core Quiz, which I have reported to Technical Support. I take the quiz, get to a certain point, and it hangs up. Support's answer is to "take the quiz again until it works." 8-0

I took the quiz 5 times today, including twice that it got to the end and hung up after I had completed the final question. I want my ticket, so I can play in the monthly league games.

Maybe this is a test of my tenacity. Regardless, it is highly irritating.

Good to meet you and the Monk. I just finished the baisc quiz. Starting on the Core material now.

I haven't been playing long. I started on the Wii. I have gone twice to the Indian casinos, once in a tournament and once just as a player. And we have been watching High Stakes Poker on the TV.

Now I have discovered PSO.

See you at the tables.

Hey there Mr. Hub and welcome to the pso and the forum. Monk is a huge help in these areas so give him a chance to assist. It does indeed sound browser related. Maybe try Google Chrome or anything different from what you're using now.
Let us know if you still have trouble.
Make sure to read through all the tabs above...maybe pass the time with it as you wait on your ticket.
I will be sending you a pm in a day or two.
Dan

I apologize for taking so long to respond (I was down with the flu for couple of weeks), but I wanted to thank everyone for their welcome and assistance with regard to the Core Quiz.

I finally moved to a different computer and was able to complete the quiz successfully. I still do not know what was the cause of the problem.

Thank you all once again.
