So I joined a $0.25 NL Texas Hold 'em tournamt with 45 players. I was just playing the normal way I use to play and I was losing majorly! Very early on I was down to 95 chips but I doubled up then tripled up but then I came back to win it by using the tools I have learned this last week from this site. I am kind of excited

Ive just been playing the stragey's learned from the lessons. Like playing pocket pairs or AQ all the time I learned to fold and just picked my battles (like you do with kids) lol.. and cpt I played with you today I believe, dont remember which trny but I was in the PSO league one/ Omaha one and the Hold em one all at the same time.

I am glad to see that you too have become successful using the skills and habits learned at the pso.
Learning to fold and picking your battles on your own terms are crucial in being successful.

i think i was in all of those as well......must have been a little high.....i like that .10 PL Omaha(240plyr),better than the .25 NL HE...seems like less ppl know what a good starting hand Really Is,and it pays to 24th,i think?...anyway,GL...catch ya round

Yes it was the 10 Omaha!!! I am still learning Omaha so I wont spend big money on it but for 10 cents I thought I would give it a go. Yes Hold em is getting tougher with all the starting cards that people play!! Thanks man Catch you around!!
