Hello Robert,

Thank you for your email though I am sorry to see that you are
upset. Your email was passed to me as the Supervisor on shift as
we wish to serve you as best we can.

I can appreciate that the chat of 'My X Beagle' was in violation
of our Rules in a few events however, this player was not
initially advised of the Tournament Rules at the time that these
infractions took place. We also cannot conclude that the Poker
School Online Award he is receiving is a direct result of these
violations. I have reviewed this players chat for the entire
month of March and have found no indication that his frequent
wins depended upon asking other to stall for him.

Whilst we do agree Robert, that he was in violation in the
reported hands there is nothing else to suggest that his prior
results were achieved the same way. None the less this player has
been advised of our rules and the seriousness of such chat in our
tournaments. Any future infractions will result in potential
disqualification and the removal of league winnings.

The exact same actions have been carried out for user
'maxthecat55' for their chat in the reported hand (Game
#60214061179). Whilst we also appreciate that in joining our site
and agreeing to our rules, players are expected abide by them
however, we see it as only fair that players are given an initial
warning for their first violation as it is completely conceivable
that they were unaware of the seriousness or legality of such
actions.

At PokerStars we do all we can to serve all our customers in the
fairest possible manner and to make our games as fair as possible.

We certainly appreciate your follow-up email and of course your
initial report as we really do take such matters very seriously
here at PokerStars. We encourage you to continue reporting
anything which may be in violation of our rules and if there is
anything else we can help you with, please email us again at any
time.

Thank you for choosing PokerStars.

Regards,

Andrew

Wow...something other than a form letter.

Seems like a very reaosnable explaination of the stance of P-Stars, and that the offenders are now notified of their actions, and possible consequences.

You see it again, and send in a note referencing that e mail, and there is a good chance their chat gets blocked.

Nice, and fair.

I agree. Looks like Andrew went to a lot of trouble to review the situation. Glad that the situation was handled. I don't think Beagle benefited much from that one little ploy, so as long as the guy stops now, things should be fine.

Nice work monk, continually getting people telling other players to slow down, and time out. Usually when I report a player though I get called a "rat", or a "puss boy", you do it and get accolades from everyone...lol...

Anyhow, good for you, and gl in the month, been watching you as you move up, nice job on last month, and the huge jump from prev month, I'm hoping you go all the way this month, as I have you in my fantasy picks.... GO MONKEY...
