Now that people have been assigned to answer questions,it would be nice to see some more hands being posted for answering. It will only improve your game and help others as well.
We are all learning so not much to hide when you post.
If you really are worried about what some one might say, feel free to send the hand to me in private message and I will change the names so no one knows.
Of course I will note that the names are changed to protect the innocent.

So get into that forum and take a look around.

Best way to improve is to post hands and discuss poker,I have seen almost every online pro state this is the main reason they got to that stage.

I've found that not only does the person posting the hand learn, but so does everybody who gets involved with the discussion.

+1 post your hands people. Don't forget don't just post a hand history, give us any and all background info, every little bit helps... reads on the players, your image, history, stage of the mtt if it's a tourney, etc. Hand analysis can often go the way of garbage in, garbage out. No info given often leads to inaccurate or poor responses. Give as much info as possible and get a better result in the anaysis.

Ten steps for thorough, instructive poker hand analysis:
1. Understanding the metagame. This means the current style and attitude of the table as a whole

2. Note specific reads on any of the players who got involved in the hand.

3. Look at the stacks.

4. Compare positions of the players who were involved

5. Identify the hero and the villain(s) in each hand

6. Check the preflop action

7. Study the flop

8. Check your own poker hand strength

9. Consider what your opponents might have played

10. Repeat steps seven, eight, and nine, for each of the turn and the river
