not sure i should of folded but i had to be behind.

I think you should have folded immediately to the min-check raise on the flop. Such a terrible flop for AA and his check-raise is a committing amount, he's either got you crushed right now or his equity is pretty good (combo-draw or pair+draw), over all your equity is not good vs. his expected flop check-raising range and you can't even continue on many turn cards (this being one of them). So yes I think you have to fold, do it sooner though.
