I found the entire indictment filed by the US gov. heres the link for my bored american friends-- gl-- monk.. its REALLY long------


I didnt read it all- but looks like they going after the method of payment- rather than the gambling issue-- there in lies the fraud--

Yeah, the kid that PS and FTP told on has gotten them back.

The companies had to use some deceptive practices to get the transactions past the U.S. banks and credit card companies, and that is what is coming back to bite them in the rear end now.

Dammit, I had been meaning to cash out most of my winnings for about 2 weeks and just never got around to it. Now I wonder if I'll ever see that money!
