Hi all,

I was chatting with Toon Army last night at a table. He had been banned from PSO and he had served the ban.

Well, he heard nothing when the ban was up, so he sent support an email asking them to get their finger out and allow him back on the forum. He is a Geordie off course, so his use of colourful language is just the norm.

Well, they are obviously still working because they responded by issuing him with another ban?!!!

Now I know I only have Toon's version of events but it seems a bit harsh IMHO.

Thoughts?

TC
