If improving your game or just looking for people who are like minded and actively trying to achieve the same is your goal, then this is the place to be.

I read a post in here that asked "are you learning from someone who has made a career from playing poker" and I am proud to say that we have several that do. Time is money to these players so one has to be patient to learn from them. The opportunities are few and far between but are well worth the wait.

From the outside this club appears to be a social club and mostly this is correct but it is these few gems of a moment that makes this a great place and I have made a lot of good friends here as well.

Also this club is more of gathering area that leads to other places with more players, more opinions and more knowledge. It is at these places that some of the best stuff happens so it is important to be willing to venture outward with us to take advantage of everything we do.

Lastly, I have been at odds with the way this forum is being handled and instead of arguing or fighting I have just come to the conclusion that I can not contribute here in a fashion that is acceptable and this will be my last post in the forum.

Good luck on the felts and remember to enjoy the game and not let the game enjoy you.

I've enjoyed the tourneys that you've had in the club, especially the once weekly games other then HE, as i hadn't played those games before. I have limited time to play so this new league is probably not for me. As well $10 is a little rich for my bankroll.

Sorry to see the Home Games end but I wish you all well. And I hope that all the Americans can play cash games again, sooner rather than later.

Im in,
Ill go with the flow, however, on the odd days that I do actually have to go to work, I dont get in until about 7.00pm WET so couldnt really play until about 8 9 pm.

BTW, rookies (like me) should get more starting chips cos us donks will end up getting milked by u bandits !!!!!!

hey yawni
we still have the home games
their nightly hold 'em games right now but others have said they miss the mix also
if you or someone else want to have another type of tourney reoccurring every night once a week or whatever just put it in here or catch up with me

if my memory serves me correctly i have a request for 5 card draw in the morning hours
but either way i don't mind or if you check the lobby you could see that i have lots of administrators who can do the same.......... well at least some of them can

have a good one

I am interested in joining if it's not too late. Maybe next month if it is. Send me the info through PM if it's still open.
