I was going to grind the tables today, but I think I'm a bit too tilted for that now. I think I'll take a few hours off.

I'm going to review this hand history a few times. If anyone wants to help me review it over Ventrilo/Skype, let me know over pm. I'd love some feedback from people with good MTT experience, or who have run deep in this particular MTT and know what it's about. My first impression is that I played really well overall, but a long way from optimally. I'd like to get as close to optimal as I can.

Panicky I was no gold star but the first hand history looks like villain thought you were trying to snatch his big blind and called your raise. Then not sure what he was thinking after that point. Had paired his K with weak kicker.

If it were me I would be thinking hmmmm he might have flopped a flush, he might have A-K or A-A.

Very lucky call for him to call your all in, and river that KING.

To answer your question you played that hand as best as you could, but you were there to see how he played up to that point. I am only giving my input on that one hand history.

I would have went to my fridge and grabbed a beer after that hand.

good luck Panicky - UDS Dry

Panicky,panicky,panicky...

THIS is what you get for not being a Kool-Aid drinking suck-up clown.

Seriously brah I don't see what you possibly could have done different here. Just unlucky is all.

Keep getting it in like this and you'll be fine.

But maybe try the Black Cherry Kool-Aid just to be safe...

I think I will try some Kool-Aid. Granted, following every bad beat with a dose of Kool-Aid would be detrimental to one's game, I imagine. But I probably need more Kool-Aid anyhow.

I think I'm over this one. I suppose this could be counted as a BBV whine from me, but the reason I took it bad was because I was a dominating chipleader for a good portion of the tournament. Up until these hands, I was counting the FT payouts ($60-$550 for a $10 game) as money in the bank. Bad beats early on are easier to take, because you're still a longshot to win much at that point. I'm not used to them happening 11 away from the FT.

Time to get some volume in at the 9-mans. After dinner.
