As of 10:16 EDT, I cannot login to PokerStars. Is anyone else having trouble logging in? I have sent an email to PS support and am waiting for a response. My wife was having trouble with her account last night, but I am not sure just what her problems were - her technical explanations lack specifics, "PokerStars was all messed up."

Thanks, Toon. Good to know that it may eventually work. There is nothing on the PSO web site about this technical problem.

No trouble logging into PS, but it has been sluggish in general for me all day. Everything taking it's sweet time loading.

I had to practice PATIENCE. After clicking the login button, it eventually brought up my numeric security screen. After entering my security code, that screen disappeared and the login button on the main screen still stared back at me. It took a minute or so for the cashier button to replace the login button and I was able to join a table.

I will let you know what PS tech support responds - if and when they do.

Thanks for everyone's help.

It only took PS Tech Support 4 minutes to send me this response! Great job on the response time. Hope they fix the tech problem soon.

Hello (myrealname),

Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance.

We are aware that players are experiencing technical difficulties
with log ins. Our programming team is currently investigating the
cause of these problems. We have temporarily stopped creating new
Sit & Go tables while investigating this issue, but they should
be available again soon.

In the meantime, your kind patience is highly appreciated.

Regards,

Karl R

Haven't tried today but this morning around 1 am my time (ET) I logged in and played a 10,200 play money heads up and it was insanely slow. Every hand took about 10 seconds to re-shuffle.

They had a lag issue, so there was a server restart just around 12:00pm eastern time today.
